Our products used in various fabrics like sarees, dress materials, kurti, Hi fashion garments, furnishings, bed sheets, decorative, shoes, sandals, footwear, innerwear, belt, handbags, Handicrafts etc. Being marketed under the brand name “NRI” with continuous modernization of plant equipment. We, NILESH RIBBON INDUSTRIES are equipped with highly advanced computerized machines to manufacture LACES,TAPES,ELASTIC of any width ranging from 2mm to 100mm. We assure to provide LACES,TAPES,ELASTIC in any color, width of design according to the customer.

INFRASTRUCTURE

Located in India at Surat, NILESH RIBBON INDUSTRIES  function with every amenity And expertise available anywhere in the world. It has built-up area of 100 machines and yield an effective output of 5,00,000 mtrs. Per day

We, NILESH RIBBON INDUSTRIES  are using JAKOB MULLAR SWITZERLAND, JAKOB MULLAR INDIA,ZAP, PRASHANT TEXMACH, JC machines for knitting weaving covering, finishing & packing of  LACES,TAPES,ELASTIC.

A complete design and development facility for designing, scanning, exposing & printing is available in-house to eliminate compromises in quality and delay in production and reduction in costs.

RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT

Our designing department is constantly engaged in the creation on new patterns and designs. Designs & Colours to suit client specifications and special needs are created by us with multiple options of raw materials (Cotton, Polyester, Nylon, Rayon, Lurex  Bright Nylon, Stepal, monofilament yarn,). Superior heat-resistant thread and spandex yarn are the base of our Elastic Tapes.
